- If you are exercising the Options before 5.00 PM IST, you will view stock prices of the previous day.
- To exercise options, Go to the Exercise options menu –> Click on Proceed to Exercise.
- To view the amount payable enter ‘Quantity to be exercised’.
- Click on continue you will be redirected to the exercise summary page.
- The exercise summary page will display
- Exercise transaction summary.
- Information about payment modes and personal details
- Click on “Confirm Exercise”.
- Note your Exercise Number generated at this point. Then click on Proceed.
- The next step is to do the payment.
- How would you like to make the payment? Select payment mode or opt for Cashless.
- You are required to make the payment within 7 working days from the date of exercise. If the payment is not made within 7 working days, the exercise request would be reversed.
- You will then have to pre-exercise the options within the exercise period.
- Then click on Confirm and update the payment details.
- Once you update payment details then exercise form will generate automatically.
- Accept your Agreement by ticking the Declaration Box and then on Submit.
- Read and accept the Exercise declaration.
- Click on Submit and you are done!
